This is not a sign that you are doing something wrong. In fact, it is a natural and important part of the process.

To support you during this transition, you have the option to book follow-up online sessions with me.

These sessions offer a grounded space to reflect, integrate your experiences, navigate any challenges that may arise, and continue nurturing the changes that matter most to you.

What Does a Personal Retreat Look Like?

During your stay, we spend approximately 4 hours together each day (minimum amount of days to book: 3 days, maximum: 5days)

Each retreat is uniquely designed around your needs, intentions, energy, and what naturally unfolds throughout the process.

Our time may include:

  • Facilitated conversations and reflective inquiry

  • Exploring challenges, transitions, and life questions

  • Nervous system regulation practices

  • Grounding and embodiment exercises

  • Guided walks in nature

  • Mindfulness and presence-based practices

  • Movement and body awareness

  • Creative reflection and journaling

  • Integration support for insights and life changes

Rather than following a predetermined program, we work with what is alive in the present moment.

Sometimes clarity emerges through conversation.

Sometimes through silence.

Sometimes through movement, nature, tears, laughter, or simply being witnessed exactly as you are.

This is how your time in the retreat becomes a living process rather than a set of techniques.

My Role

I am not here to tell you what decisions to make or who you should become.

My role is to create a safe, grounded, and compassionate space where you can explore your experience honestly and deeply.

Drawing from my background in facilitation, embodiment practices, nervous system awareness, movement, mindfulness, and relational inquiry, I support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom rather than becoming dependent on external answers.

Meaningful and truly lasting transformation rarely comes from fixing ourselves.

More often, it arises when we feel safe enough to meet and be with ourselves exactly where we are.

Why Nature?

Nature has a remarkable ability to connect us with our core truth.

Away from the constant stimulation of everyday life, we begin to hear our own inner voice more clearly.

The natural world reminds us of something we often forget: that there is no need to force growth.

Just as no flower blooms before its time, we too can learn to trust our own unfolding.

Many of our sessions take place outdoors (dependent on weather circumstances), invinting the energy of the environment itself to become part of the experience.
